Sapporo CANvas Contest Entry - Ice Cold Samurai

Considering that Sapporo Beer is one of the few beers that I like, I just had to enter this contest!
I was jumbling down some ideas for the picture and one of them was a image of a samurai with the Sapporo Beer logo on his kabuto (Helmet) clad in silver and gold. In doing so, I incorporated the logo's elements into the weapons and armour. Wearing this proud armour is a young man (of drinking age obviously) with glowing gold eyes, piercing through the heavy snowfall. He carries the tradition of the past into the future, even through the onslaught of a blizzard. After all, beer is best served cold.
This was certainly an ordeal to take on. I was never thought how to paint using photoshop while I was learning graphic design in college. While doing this, I learned a lot on how to paint metal and how the program works. Even while I was doubtful of my skills, I was able to complete something worthwhile.
